I used to be a private chef. I used to cook for people whose passion was experiencing the best the culinary world had to offer. They struggled with their love of good food and the inability to lose weight. I understood completely because for years I battled my own desire to overindulge, and inability to shed pounds. I tried ALL kinds of diets. Then I discovered a new approach ​ I hired a life coach and she taught me that food was not the problem, my thoughts were. This was the missing piece. The solution was to understand why I was eating too much in the first place. This changed everying. I finally lost 30 pounds and kept it off. I figured out how to still enjoy good food in moderation without regaining weight. I no longer felt frustrated or ashamed. My life became full of possibility. Now I teach other food-lovers what I learned.

The value of ending this struggle, reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, and learning how to enjoy food even more is priceless.

    It begins Monday, January 18th, 2021

  • How long will I have access to the program?

    For 6 months after the start date.

  • What if I need more 1-1 support?

    Over the course of the program you will have the chance to get additional help to go deeper with the work.

  • Can I participate anonymously?

    Yes, you can be as visible or hidden as you like.

  • How much time does this take?

    You can spend as little as 15 minutes a day, or devote more time to go deeper.

  • I've never been able to lose weight and keep it off? I'm not sure I can do it.

    Yes, you can do it. It's normal to doubt your ability until you are able to figure out a way that works. One of the fundamental skills you'll learn in this program is how to accept and love yourself no matter what. You will also know how to stay committed and support yourself no matter what.

  • What if this is too hard for me because of my age?

    Age does not determine your ability to lose weight, only your willingness to take action and commit does. People in their 70's and 80's have been successful achieving their ideal size in this program once they learn how to eat differently and change their mindset.

  • How do I know this time will be different?

    This approach does not rely on willpower or white-knuckling your way through a restricted diet. When you learn how to burn fat, change the thinking that leads to overeating, and eat the food you love in moderation, you are able to feel fully empowered around food. This awareness does not go away.

  • What if I live outside the U.S.?

    People come from all over the world. The live coaching calls are scheduled at different times to accomodate different time zones, and the recordings are posted afterwards
